Pappardelle are the undisputed queens of long egg pasta, loved for their generous width and their striking presence on the plate. The artisanal dough, full-bodied and rough, is rolled out with a rolling pin, paying the utmost attention to the porosity needed to bind the densest sauces.
Free from chemical colorings or stabilizers, they contain only healthy, natural ingredients for excellent digestibility.
They are the perfect shape to pair with rich sauces, such as our traditional meat ragout or an intense wild boar sauce.
