SINCE 1989, EXCELLENCE AT THE TABLE

Between Liguria and Piedmont, We Preserve Craftsmanship Traditions.

In our laboratory in Lerma, we prepare pasta and gourmet dishes inspired by a cuisine in which
the cultures of the territories meet every day.

Ravioli alla Ligure and Agnolotti with braised beef coexist in the same assortment, alongside pesto, walnut sauce, and vitello tonnato. It is the place itself that provides a common thread to diverse recipes.

Our Story

The Prevelloni spouses, Ezio and Flavia, originally from Liguria, after moving to Mascatagliata, founded the "Il Piacere del Buon Gusto" Pasta Factory, beginning a journey of family and dedication to work.

The Pastificio obtains the EEC Mark, an important recognition in the company's growth journey, which allows it to export without limits throughout Europe and guarantee the traceability of the entire supply chain for meat-based products.

Mirian, Christian and Cora join the family business, bringing new energy and continuity to the family tradition. Even today, Christian and Cora are still working in the business.

Due to high demand, Pastificio is entering the European market with its first exports of products to Switzerland.

The store opens in the center of Ovada, a place dedicated to meeting customers and sharing the Pastificio's products. The shop has been described by the local press as "a boutique of taste".

Given the increase in turnover, the Company is expanding and taking a further step by planning its conversion into a limited liability company and the entry of a new shareholder: however, production and methods remain unchanged.

Craftsmanship is in the Daily Work.

Our Pasta Factory has always been an artisanal business.
Its expertise is built into the preparation of the doughs, the
composition of the fillings, and the attention paid to the production processes.

We work by hand and with semi-automatic machinery, depending on the format.
The experience of those who oversee production guides the product through the various
stages, from the pasta sheet to preparation for sale.

What Guides Our Choices

Raw Materials

We select the ingredients based on the quality and the result we want to achieve, paying close attention to suppliers and local sourcing. 100% Italian

Recipes

Alongside the "classic" fillings, we offer a multitude of refined varieties that make it possible to create varied menus and assortments, based on customer requests.

The Direct Relationship

We listen to both buyers and cooks: from
recommending a meal to a private customer to defining a professional, even customized, supply.

How We Work. Care in Every Choice.

The quality of our pasta begins before the first bite. In our techniques, our ingredients, and the time we devote to every preparation.

01

The wisdom of the hands

Pansotti are shaped by hand, one by one. For the other shapes, we use semi-automatic machinery, without compromising on the care given to the finishing touches. The process changes, the attention remains.

02

Quality starts here

Piedmontese meats from local butchers, domestic wheat flour, Italian dairy products and eggs. We carefully select our raw ingredients, because every ingredient contributes to the taste of our pasta.

03

Fresh, without shortcuts

No additives, colorings, or preservatives. And no pasteurization of the finished product. Ours is fresh pasta: a choice that guides the way we work, every day.

04

Taste follows the seasons

We like to vary our offerings, following the seasons and the possibilities they provide. Alongside traditional formats, stuffed options and creations that bring different flavors to the table throughout the year also feature on our menu.

Quality, Experience and Territory

A Story Also Made of Recognition

Quality is born from artisanal expertise and a concrete commitment to safety and transparency at every stage of production.

Institutional Award

Our journey has been recognized by the Piedmont Region with the Piemonte Eccellenza Artigiana mark, a testament to the value of our craftsmanship and the care we put into our work.

Piedmont Artisan Excellence

Supply chain and security

We follow defined manufacturing procedures and conduct checks throughout the process, with a focus on supply chain traceability.

For our meat products, we have obtained EEC approval: the supply chain is fully traceable, and the products can be exported throughout Europe in compliance with current regulations.
