Angel Hair
Capelli d'Angelo are the thinnest, most delicate and elegant egg pasta in our artisanal range. A specialty born from the long tradition of master pasta makers, requiring great skill in rolling out the pasta dough to ensure maximum fineness without losing its strength.
Prepared without the aid of additives or preservatives, they cook extremely quickly and offer a unique lightness at the table.
Splendid when served hot in a good clarified broth, or quickly sautéed in a pan with a delicate butter, lemon and pine nut sauce.
