Trenette are the classic pasta shape that perfectly brings together the culinary traditions of Liguria and Piedmont in our workshop in Lerma. Characterized by their typical flat shape and firm texture, they are crafted to ensure an excellent bite.
Made exclusively with natural, 100% Italian ingredients, they promote local agriculture and a transparent, short supply chain.
Their ideal match is with our authentic Pesto alla Genovese (made with PGI Basilico), potatoes and green beans, as tradition dictates.
