Green Crescent-Shaped Ravioli with Leeks
The Green Leeks Mezzelune combine our artisanal pasta dough (naturally colored with spinach in the dough) with a sweet and velvety filling made from selected leeks. A recipe that reflects our connection to the Piedmont region and our deep respect for seasonal ingredients.
Entirely natural and free from any additives or preservatives, the green mezzelune offer a flawless texture when cooked and an old-fashioned flavor, thanks to a recipe inspired by the flavors of the vegetable garden.
They are magnificently enhanced when served with our cheese fondue or hazelnut butter.
