Our Lasagne represent the ideal base for creating the richest and most beloved baked dishes of Italian tradition. The egg pasta, rolled into regular and porous sheets, is prepared in Lerma using only national wheat and first-choice fresh eggs from a short supply chain.
Thanks to the artisanal care used in the dough, they maintain an optimal texture in the oven without falling apart, preserving the fragrance of freshly made pasta.
Use them to bring your classic recipes to life or experiment with creative and seasonal variations. You can also opt directly for our typical Lasagne al forno or alla Portofino.
