Our Russian Salad represents a timeless classic of Piedmontese cold cuisine, prepared in our laboratory in Lerma with the same artisanal care. We cut the best seasonal vegetables — such as potatoes, carrots, and peas — into small, uniform cubes and boil them together.

The freshness of the raw ingredients and the perfect balance of the ingredients ensure a clean, harmonious, and genuine homemade taste.

We use only our own mayonnaise, for an essential appetizer for festive days or a fresh dish to serve for a meal focused on traditional good taste.
