Our Spinach Gnocchi bring a burst of colour, flair and natural authenticity to the table. Made in Lerma by combining only selected fresh spinach with yellow-fleshed potatoes, they stand out for their vibrant green colour and delicate flavour that fully respects the cycles of nature.

Made using artisanal techniques to preserve their ideal softness, these gnocchi are entirely free from artificial colourings or preservatives.

Excellent when enhanced by light butter and sage sauces or with our velvety cheese fondue, which brings out their delicate flavour.
